News from the “Pete”

UPDATED OCTOBER 4, 2019: Petersen Bowlers and Fans – the official final standings for this year’s 109th edition of the Petersen Classic have been posted on our website.

Congratulations again to our new Champion, Kenny Calkins III from Des Moines, IA who claimed the top spot with his first place score of 1,599. Even if you weren’t lucky enough to win the Pete this year, we did GUARANTEE payouts of at least $1,000 to the top 76 spots! Low to cash in this year’s singles event was 1,406. We will begin issuing checks during the week of October 7, 2019.

IMPORTANT: If your winnings exceeded a total of $600 we will need a W-9 form filled out in order to process your check. For those bowlers whom we do not have a W-9 on file (or if we did have a W-9 on file and your address has changed) you will be receiving an email with a W-9 form from Jim Welch. Please complete and return the W-9 as soon as possible to ensure a speedy payout of your prize money.

Once again we’d like to thank everyone for competing in this year’s Pete. We will have information for the 2020 Petersen Classic released in the coming weeks – stay tuned!
